Every service is followed up with an accurate detailed report, outlining what service aspects have been carried out, and any potentially failing components which are identified during the service. In the picture above this hydraulic pump motor‘s windings had gradually deteriorated, this is because the cowl is missing from the cooling fan and is compounded by having a thick layer of dirt thermally insulating it.

We can offer a planned maintenance schedule for items that regularly need replacing or refurbishing, if the work is planned in for refurbishment before the end of the component‘s usfull life, then  the work can  be carried before failure, at a convenient time and  will save on downtime.

An oil and filter change can tell you a lot about the condition of the hydraulic system. Regular oil changes can not only improve the life of the moving parts, but it will also reduce corrosion by reducing the water content built up in the old oil.

For all service and breakdown work carried out, there is a report filled in detailing what has been done and any recommendations to improve the reliability of your equipment. All the reports can be filed and used to identify the lifespan of repeatedly failing parts, you can then plan the replacement before failure or see if item can be modified to make its lifespan improve. All the filed reports can be used as evidence of maintaining your equipment for the ISO accreditation you may hold or working to achieve.
